Every order is sent in plain, discreet packaging with no product details on the outside. Once your parcel is on the move, we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Order processing

We process orders 7 days a week. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

UK shipping

We currently offer the following UK shipping options:

  • Express (1–3 working days) — £5.99

  • Standard (2–4 working days) — £3.99

We also offer free UK shipping on orders over £30.

USA shipping

We currently offer the following USA shipping options:

  • Express (2–11 working days) — $13.99

  • Standard (3–17 working days) — $9.99

We also offer free US shipping on orders over $30.

Customs and import fees

For US orders, import duties, local taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may also cause delays.

Missing, delayed, or damaged orders

If your parcel appears delayed, your tracking link is the fastest way to check the latest delivery updates. If your parcel shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please check your safe place, porch, bins, neighbours, reception, mailroom, and any delivery photo or notes included in your tracking.

If your order is missing an item or arrives damaged, please email hello@nirobi.co.uk within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • a photo of what arrived

  • packaging photos where relevant
